  • Permission is granted automatically by submitting all required documents:
    • Valid Texas Driver's License Class C, and
    • Texas Vehicle Insurance Policy with your name listed on the card and
    • Filling out the request form during the online process.
  • If done correctly online through this website, you don't need to call the court for permission.
• Requesting Deferred Disposition*
  • Permission is granted automatically by submitting all required documents:
    • Valid Texas Driver's License Class C, and
    • Filling out the request form during the online process.
  • If done correctly online through this website, you don't need to call the court for permission.
• Compliance Dismissals*
• Payment Plans**
• Paying citation in full.**

* Will keep the violation off your driving record if completed successfully.
** Will result as being reported to TX DPS and count as a conviction on your driving record.
